フライヤー／パンフレット：東京・池袋「ニシイケバレイ」で手に取っていただけます

東京を代表するターミナル駅のひとつ、池袋。

中高層のビルが立ち並ぶ西口から、大通りを一本入ると景色が変わります。そこに広がるのは、低層住宅が並ぶ「谷」のようなエリアです。

この場所は2020年、「ニシイケバレイ」と名付けられました。

面白いのは、大規模なデベロッパーによる開発ではなく、地域のオーナーたちが主体となって街をつくっていること。家の中にある「部屋」や「空間」をモチーフに、それぞれの場所を活かしながら、丁寧かつ大胆にリノベーションが進められています。

和カフェや日本料理などの飲食店、多目的スペース、住居などが集まり、池袋という都市の利便性を持ちながら、少し歩けば緑や落ち着いた空気も感じられる。

そんな場所が「ニシイケバレイ」です。

Flyer / Brochure: Now Available at Two Locations in Nishiike Valley, Tokyo!

Ikebukuro is one of Tokyo’s major terminal stations, surrounded by mid- and high-rise buildings. Just one block away from the main street on the west side, however, lies a “valley” of low-rise residential neighborhoods.

This area was named “Nishiike Valley” in 2020.

Rather than being led by large-scale developers, the area is being carefully yet boldly renovated by local property owners, with each place inspired by the different rooms and spaces of a home.

With cafés, Japanese restaurants, shared spaces, and residences surrounded by greenery, Nishiike Valley offers a relaxing atmosphere while remaining conveniently located in the city.

Chiais Creation Music flyers and brochures have already been available at PLAY STREET in Nishiike Valley, and thanks to the kind offer from 3rrrd, they are now available there as well!
